Can I request a different medication than what I was prescribed?
If you would like to try a new medication, we kindly ask that you book a check-up appointment to discuss with your provider. This will ensure that you have the best options available to address your reason for making a switch. Please only use the form above if you would like a refill of the same medication you currently have.
I like my prescription, why am I being asked to make an appointment?
If it has been more than one year since your last appointment with us or if you are requesting a different medication, you will need to schedule a check-up appointment. In addition, certain medications require more frequent visits to monitor results and potential side effects.
How long will it take before my prescription refill is ready?
If all information is entered accurately in the form above, and there are no concerns from our providers, your prescription refill will be processed by our team within two business days. From there we encourage you to check with your pharmacy as to when it will be ready.
