TO OUR KINGSTON OFFICE
From the NYS Thruway (I-87)
Take Exit 19 toward Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge.
Continue straight into traffic circle.
Take third exit towards I-587 E/ Col.Chandler Drive.
Continue straight for 1.5 miles.
Enter the roundabout and take the second exit to Broadway. Continue for 1 mile.
At the traffic light intersection of Broadway and Foxhall Avenue, turn RIGHT into the BROADWAY MEDICAL PAVILION.
Continue straight to the parking lot in the rear of building. Entrance is also in the rear of the building. We are located on the 2nd floor.
From Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge
Head west on Route NY-199 West.
Take NY-32 ramp to Kingston/Saugerties.
Turn left onto NY-32 South.
Continue on NY-32 S until second traffic light.
Turn left at traffic light onto Rt 9W South/ E. Chester Street
Continue on E. Chester Street for 1 mile, continue straight through traffic light to intersection of E. Chester Street and Broadway.
Turn right onto Broadway. Continue to next traffic light at intersection of Broadway and Foxhall Avenue.
Turn LEFT into the BROADWAY MEDICAL PAVILION, and continue straight to parking lot in rear of building.
Main entrance is also in the rear of the building. We are located on the 2nd floor.
TO OUR NEW PALTZ OFFICE
From the NYS Thruway (I-87)
Take Exit 18 towards New Paltz/Poughkeepsie.
Turn left at traffic light onto NY-Rt 299 West towards New Paltz.
Use right lane to turn onto New Paltz Bypass/ N. Putt Corners Road
Continue for 1.5 miles.
Turn left onto Shivertown Road and continue for about 1 mile.
Turn left at blinking traffic light onto NY-32 N.
Continue for 0.2 miles.
LUNA will be on the left-hand side.
From NY-32 North
Head north on NY-32/South Manheim Blvd towards Village of New Paltz.
Turn left at traffic light onto Main Street/ NY-Rt 299.
Continue on Main Street for 0.5 miles.
Turn right at traffic light onto NY-32 N/ N. Chestnut Street.
Continue for one mile.
LUNA will be on the right-hand side.
TO OUR Lagrange OFFICE
From the Taconic State Parkway
Follow Taconic State Pkwy to NY-55 W/State Rte 55 W in Freedom Plains. Take exit 47 B from Taconic State Pkwy
Take exit 47 B to merge onto NY-55 W/State Rte 55 W toward Poughkeepsie
At the traffic circle, continue straight onto State Rte 55 W
Destination will be on your right, in the Lexington Park Dutchess Plaza. 1133 Route 55.
We are located in the center of the plaza, via the main entrance. Proceed to the second floor.
From Poughkeepsie
Follow East-West Arterial and NY-55 E/State Rte 55 E to Freedom Rd in Freedom Plains
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Freedom Rd
Turn right onto Dr Fink Rd
Continue straight (this will put you behind our building)
Take a right into the main parking lot in front of the building
We are located in the center of the plaza, via the main entrance. Proceed to the second floor.
