Program Description
The Luna Dermatology SMS Program provides updates, appointment reminders, alerts, and occasional marketing communications to customers who have opted in to receive text messages from Luna Dermatology.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency may vary depending on appointment activity, promotions, or practice updates.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode from which you receive messages.
Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
